How do you ship items?

We have partnered with multiple domestic and international shipping providers, to ensure your products delivered are on time and delivered with the utmost care with tracking number.

We place huge importance on partnering with providers who care about the environment and are Carbon Neutral.

Where do you ship?

We ship all across USA and CANADA from our website www.tinnitots.com

We ship to Australia and New Zealand from our website www.tinnitots.com.au

We do not deliver to PO Box

How much is shipping?

Our shipping costs get dynamically calculated at checkout depending on the size, weight and delivery location.

Some products can only be sent by freight due to their size and weight and hence our shipping charges can differ accordingly.

About Your Shipment

• Items in stock ship the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) if placed by 12pm EST.
• Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
• All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.

For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, we would be processing orders on the next working day. During any promotional period, the processing time of orders may take a little longer however we will keep you posted at every possible stage.

For International Shipping, it may take upto 7 - 15 business days depending on the provider.

Can I track my order?

All orders will come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you on your provided email, as soon as your order is dispatched.

For International Shipping, who is responsible for Customs Clearance?

Its the customer's responsibility to understand the customs policy and any applicable duties and taxes for their respective countries. It is solely the customer's responsibility to do any customs clearance required at the destination country.
